These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GridTerm, a desktop application and related services operated by Modernize Marketing LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using GridTerm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Upon completing a one-time purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use GridTerm on your personal devices for any lawful purpose. This license is for a single user. You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or share your account credentials with others.
You must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
GridTerm is sold as a one-time purchase at the price listed on our website at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@gridterm.com . After 7 days, all sales are final.
Your license includes all future updates to GridTerm at no additional cost. Updates are delivered automatically through the application. We are not obligated to provide updates on any particular schedule or to maintain backward compatibility.
You may not:
GridTerm, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Modernize Marketing LLC. Your purchase grants a license to use the software — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
GridTerm is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modernize Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of GridTerm, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of GridTerm after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
